Interesting, a graphic analogy between Irma Ilse Ida Grese and the Countess Elizabeth BΓ‘thory de Ecsed. I assume.

From what I gather, this is definitely not what you meant but when i look at the image, the first thing I think about is Damnatio memoriae which the Nazis practice by editing people who fell out of favor from photographs.

Nice work, but in my opinion there is big difference between legends and facts.
According to the original sources, the crimes with which ErzsΓ©bet was accused were never proven. However, there are signs of political movement against her. The legends are most likely the result of a conspiracy. Did you know that?

In the end the legend is the story. People cant walk on water put in the bible Jesus did that and that legend is then a fact about Jesus. People of history are made of facts and fiction and to us it is the person...

there I see a problem with the nazi analogy. there are ambitions by some groups to made nazi crimes to myths and lies...know what I mean?

OK you're right. I just feel a little sorry for Bathory until there's a little doubt in what she did.

I like the colors and the whole composition.
Empty clothes on a chair...
Looks spooky, especially with the Axis' uniform.
A memory from past years.
Good enough for a fav!

Well it was rumored to have been that many, but she thought of thier blood as something that would keep her looking young and beautiful forever, so when too many girls went missing from her village and surrounding areas, she got a little too ambitious and killed the wrong girl and they caught onto her, locked her up under house arrest instead of killing her because she was the King of Romania's Neice or something to that extent...

She had been the first serial killer of every time... and Nazi culture had been the second. U've combined the two images greatly!

That is great! I love how you used the mythology of Bathory being a vampire, and combined it with the bit of how vampires don't show up in photographs. Awesome outfit, too

I like the pic alot but it seems alot of people are spouting common misconceptions about Erzsebet Bathory, there's no evidence to show that she drank blood or bathed in peoples blood, nor that she did what she did out of vanity, the truth is no one really knows how many people she tortured and killed or why she did it. I do like the association with the Nazi uniform though, evil is evil no matter how you dress it.

I get where you're coming from but, personally, your analogy sucks. Something a bit more modern I think would have been more appropriate. George W. Bush Sr. probably would have a fit a bit better. Someone with focused political views rather than someone who merely wanted to stay young and beautiful.

Analogical value DOES have to have relevance you know?
George W. Bush sr. may have done unforgivable things but in terms of similarities I think it was less obscure to use Nazi's...

Look Critique on someone's art is understandable but Actually telling the person what to do with the actual work isn't very polite and even though you may think that using someone else for that might have been better in the more Common interpretation of evil aside from Common Conspiracies and such Naziism is considered evil more commonly and it's better recogonized and the interpretation and Idealogical messege is really up to the artist, so you should really critisize the acual Artistic value and not the bloody content.
