this totally happened to me with an Eevee...Was breeding for Flareons, hatched a shiny with 4 IVs, but the nature contradicted the other non 31 IV levels making it completely useless in battle. Save for one possible option, but it required 2 egg moves I didn't breed on OTL

And then Powersaves finally updated with the ability to change IVs and natures, and I went and fixed my beloved shiny Eevee!

That has not happened to me yet (emphasis on yet), but when/if it does i would probably react in the same way. It tick me off to no end to have a shiny (either hatched or caught) with the wrong nature.

It really is. This was the second awesome shiny I had gotten. Usually I get Goldeen or Ratata or Dodu. (I've caught all these as shinys) I had hatched a decent shiny Squirtle, but had already had one thanks to the GTS, so I traded it. I'm going to have to trade this Eevee too.

I hate when this happened. I just hatched a shiny Eevee. It's parents had great stats (I was just trying to get a stud with perfect stats) and a nice shiny Eevee came out. I couldnt even believe it. Checked its stats, no good IV's at all. Not a single 31 IV while between the parents there were like four or five. Not ok...

I feel your pain. My first shiny hatched ever was a Chansey:
HP: 31
Def: 0
Nature: Gentle (+SpDef, -Def)
Breeding is just really cruel sometimes.

I have the GRE in two weeks, so drawing helps me de-stress. I'll probably get lazy again once I take the actual GRE though, haha.
