Wow. I can't believe so many people don't know what the rule of thirds is...
Divide the page into three equal sections, vertically and horizontally. You'll get four lines on the page. To follow the rule of thirds, the main focus should be where those lines intersect, not too far in the centre but not completely off the page. Also, vertical and horizontal lines look really good if they fall on one of the third lines.

The eyes are a bit too blue for my liking. They stand out yes, but I dont think u had to add so much emphasis for them to do so. Like the angle of the whole shot though.
