I'm using PhotoShop but it should be the same in PaintShop. Add a new fill layer with a colour simular to the colour of skin. For example FDD083. The other way is to add a new fill layer with a dark blue colour like 0D0C38 and to set it to exlusion. It has the same effect. I hope I helped you
