How is his name pronounced? Is it Like Dare-oh (or) Dee-roh? And his last name? Is it like Goh-ee/Goy, as the way Koi is pronounced, or some other way?

Added to my last reply: I have also been giving the "r" in Dero that sound/accent that most German words that contain "R" has. I'm not sure if I'm right by doing so, but I have never heard him or anyone say his name.
