This may be the weirdest sailor I have ever made. I just wanted to do something not so humanoid as they can be aliens. I decided to make up my own. I'll go into details of her race and planet before going into the senshi herself.

art-wise: I do like this; it isn't as cool as it was in my head but oh well. I will explain more in the details, but I will say the 'hair' is a Mohawk.

Race:
Name: Aepio (gas in Greek)
Characteristics: The Aepio are a immortal race. They are comprised of a gas and are non corporal. They do not have eyes, ears, or mouths. They use a type of telekinesis along with their gaseous bodies changing colors, speed of moment and look to communicate. They do not have genders as they use a type of cell division to make themselves reborn rather than have children. In a way it makes them immortal, although they don't always keep memories when they do this. They do not believe in emotions and use logic to make decisions. Aepio can come in a varieties of colors, shapes and sizes. The size of their 'cloud' determines how old they are. Once Aepio reach a certain size that is when they divide. The original ''cloud' dies when the new one is reborn.

Senshi form: To have a true humanoid and senshi form when FE8 transforms her gas is put in a type of plastic container in the shape of human's top half. The container is like a clear glove, you can see her true body inside of it. It is open at the top letting out some of her true body from the head looking like a Mohawk. She also has her true body coming out of the skirt. FE8 also wears a pair of goggles to give the illusion of eyes as most find it off putting when others do not have eyes. Her fuku is like wrappings to try of make a female form.

Civilian Name: Atmós "Vapor" Omíchli̱ (Vapor and mist in Greek)
Species: Aeipo
Sex: non but considered female
Age: ageless
Height: NA
Personality: Vapor is just as her race is: logical and without emotion. Vapor was once in the Kuiper Belt. She however decided it was better for her to go out into the Scattered Disk. (more on this later)
Attacks:
Fate Smokescreen: makes black smoke to engulf the enemy .
Fate Poison Gas: this gas can do many things depending on the enemy's strength. It can disable or knock unconscious or it can do something harsher depending on how the enemy breaths it in and how strong they are against it.

edit: btw forgot the symbol so I added it with sharpie to her forehead...

EDIT I changed her bottom. told me the skirt looked odd and I agreed. So, I went with a genie type skirt instead. Yes, the line where it changed is off and so are the arms, but you get the idea/.
