I finally have made a Sailor Venus cosplay. I have wanted to do this for a long time.

Amazon: bangs, hair clip, 2 skirts, bodysuit, gems, gloves.
Zulily: shoes
Walmart: craft supplies.

I used one skirt to make the tops of gloves (with rope inside) and the collar. I hand sewed everything. I made the two bows from my own pattern with pipe cleaners inside to keep them up. I used rope for the sleeves and an extra tank top for that an the top of the skirt. I used a tutorial for the tiara made with fun foam, wood glue and paint with a gem and band to keep it on.
