Hm...I think this was a difficult task for me and I reffered A LOT to get this result. I hope you enjoy all the versions of this creation and don't forget that you can adjust the vector file as you wish in case you want to change the original theatre curtain. Cheers!

Credits: Shutterstock (Photo image of the curtain) | Restricted Stock (Use ONLY inside DA for personal work). I do own the credits of vectoring in illustrator and modification of the brushes in photoshop BUT i do not own the actual product. Please, if you like what you see BUY it!
