Tracing without credit or permission

Please do not trace or very heavily reference other people's art. If you want to get their permission and give credit for tracing, you may, but please give them credit by posting the original art in your description. Also keep in mind that traced/heavily referenced art cannot earn wyns or be used to earn upgrades! If we find your art has been traced without credit and/or permission, you will receive a warning and a temporary ban from the group.

While we believe that tracing can really help an artist improve and understand styles and anatomy, we are disappointed that you made no acknowledgement to credit the artist you heavily reference. So please take the following actions:

1. Remove the wyns from this image.

2. Add credit to WaterPhoenixWarrior original animation. Add the image in your description and be very clear that you used it as a base, and thank them for being such a good inspiration! (Be positive!)

3. Please avoid further use of uncredited, traced or otherwise heavily referenced art here at Wyngro.


Tips for the future: If you want to use someone else's art as a guide, simply comment on their work and just ask them if you can! Most of our members would be thrilled to be an inspiration and help! Just make sure you don't count wyns and say in the description that you were experimenting to grow as an artist, and of course, give credit! If they don't want you to copy/trace their work, respect that. You may still use their art to trace from, but do not post it publicly online.
