Ooooh. Love it. Excellent contrast, and there's enough going on in the photo that the audience stays interested. I have a few suggestions, though.

Might want to do some burning on the right-hand side of the image, where definition is lost... it takes away from the overall scene you've captured here. Same thing on the left, in that one small spot. Being able to see the lines in the sidewalk would add so much more to the image, and it's not that big of a detail. ESPECIALLY on the right-hand side.

You did a kind of risky thing here, but I like how it worked out. Having that arch centered in the frame was taking a risk, but you balanced it nicely with the person sitting against it on one side. Nicely done.

Other than the previous suggestion, I have nothing to say. Looks great, keep up the good work!

This "feels" very well balanced to me. (Could somebody who knows about balance in a photo--I don't--tell me why it feels balanced? And would it be more, or less, balanced if the left-hand arch weren't cut off?)
