ATG IV - Day 11: Draw a pony stretching/Draw a pony stepping on thin iceWell... this is thin ice, I guess.
Makes no sense that they'd skate on it, but hey I had no other ideas stop judging me.
And yes, Rarijack again.
I never tried ice skating, but seeing how I did with rollers I think that it's better if I don't try having lethal blades at my feet.

Pinkie Skates (on Ice & Wheels!) so this is fairly feasible. AJ's never done anything that doesn't involve apples in some way so I can see her having a really hard time doing this, Rarity would probably do it once she found out it's quite elegant.

R: Because it is a fun and gracious activity for everypony. Watching Pinkie skating with such ease and agility, I thought that every earth pony would know how to skate.
AJ: Well, sorry for disappointing you, but ah ain't this kind of pony who like to glide on ice. When I see ice in winter, ah just make sure no one would slide on it and break a limb. It always makes me nervous, 'cause I couldn't work on the farm then and there are still so much to do in winter. And ah don't mean only clearing the roads.
R: Well, that is true... But skating is different.
AJ: How so? I saw Twahlahght tried herself once and it wasn't pretty. Got bruises everywhere.
R: Yes, I remember. Pinkie told me about it. I'm afraid she still having a hard time.
AJ: So am I. Could you remove those darn blades of my hooves?

Besides, what I like the most about Applejack and Rarity is their dynamic as friends... they truly are an example that even if they are opposite and fight a lot... they can be true friends to each other.
