Oh, and have you ever heard of the "Order of Victory" It is the highest honor you can get form the Soviet union in WWII. Only 20 have ever been given, mainly due to the fact it is made of platinum, rubies and 150 diamonds, the intrinsic value of the order is considerable. [link]

Indeed. Well, 2 people got it twice, so really, 16 Total People, and one got theirs revoked in 2013.

No that's the last living guy, who's like 90 and pale, who has the medal. If you were to take Germany in 1941 and make everyone including Hitler drop dead suddenly you...MIGHT..get the medal.

Exactly, and the man I'm thinking of is Leonid Brezhnev. The only living person with the Medal right now is Michael I of Romania. The sole suriveing person who has the medal.
