Background Information:
Heike is from the beautiful land of Austria-Hungary.
Born in Vienna, she comes from a decently wealthy family.
Her Father, Lorenz Freindametz, a Kontreadmiral (Rear Admiral) in the Austrian military
Her mother, Sophia was a gifted artist
Her family was artistic, varying from art to music
Heike had a gift for playing the violin, she always treasures the violin she received from her parents when she was a teen.
She would amaze guests at parties that her parents held, she would Serenade the room with beautiful melodies and play famous pieces of music.
When Heike got older, she wanted to join the Austrian military, to be like her father, she also wanted to help him since he got in a horrible accident that left him with a severe, agonizing pain in his right leg.
But this was a hard task, why? Well she was a woman.
She had arguements with her parents, she even stated that being a women wasn't fair.
One night, after one of those arguments, she ran away from her home in Vienna to join the Austrian military.
To do this, she disguised herself as a man, and took to the title of being Lorenz's son.
When Lorenz heard of the news that Heike had managed to join the military, going after her, he had to quiet about her real identity, fearing the worse to happen if someone found out.
By the time that WW1 broke out, Heike had become a Lieutantant (Leutant) in the 7th K.u.K Husaren Regiment.
Missions early on consist of fighting the Serbians and the imperial Russians.
In July of 1914, Heike lead a small regiment to stop the Imperial Russian invasion of East Prussia.
The result of this was disastrous, her entire regiment was slaughtered by the Russians
and Heike was the sole survivor.
She was taken prisoner by the Russians
She was then rescued by the Germans, this group was lead by an officer by the name of Franz Ludwig von Schneider.
Who would later be her mentor, but also will become like a second father to her as well.
Ludwig needed Heike's help for his "special mission" he received from the Kaiser of Germany.
So, Ludwig allowed Heike to volunteer in the German Army, along with Ludwig's son Cornelius von Schneider.
Overtime during her time volunteering for the German Army, she starts to fall in love with Cornelius, but she cannot her true identity.
She evenually gets involved in the German Air Force, she then starts on her insane militaristic adventure...
She started her professional violinist career, after she had performed for the German Kaiser, Wilhelm II. After the war came to an end, she soon became a widely and well known violinist in Austria. She treasure the music of Mozart Beethoven, and various other famous composers and musicians. But, she will never forget the experiences and memories permanently burned into her mind.
