Yay you, indeed. I don't recognize the character, but I'm not complaining ^^
Technically, this is one of your best pieces. Clean lines and colouring. The pose and proportions aren't bad, but could be better.
Specifically, it looks like one her breasts is a bit lopsided, and if she's standing at the angle it looks like she's standing at, then her right arm is about twice as long as the other. It would have to be to be level with her other hand. If the pole were about a foot to the right (and her bound hands likewise), it'd look much more natural.
Not bad, chum, your development continues apace.
