This is a bolero I made to match my little lavender tophat Or was it the other way around? Either way, here it is!

I made the pattern myself and made sure it would fit me well. In other words it probably will never fit anyone else It was really a bit of an experiment. I wanted to make a new bolero (I had this impossible urge to sew something) and I also wanted to see how long it would take. I have been thinking of starting to sew simpler items of clothing to sell with my hats. It's always fun to have something to match your hat with, no? :3 So yeah, this was the first try and it went pretty good. I'll have to alter the pattern if I am to make any boleros for other people though.

Like the hat, this is made of lavender taffeta and it's fully lined with a pale grey fabric. It also has the same grey trim as I used on the hat and a similar flower.

I am really, REALLY happy with the result! X3
