Cassiopeia. I think she was based on a semi - legendary Ethiopian queen that became included in Greco - Roman mythology & lore, but I'd have to re - check my knowledge of sky lore.

Oh, yes, I remember the last remake of that movie.
Ever watch Jack Horkheimer ( You can see old eps. on YouTube ). He was on PBS for many years, right after " COSMOS ", or perhaps after " Doctor Who ", & he made astronomy really accessible. What a guy !
