Lina exploded the village but she got a new friend out of the chaos.I redrew that still frame at the end of Slayers ep 1 to have the OVA clothes which I would assume she'd be wearing, but thats just because Royal 1 and Royal 2 tease it a bit.
Plus there's the books which have her wearing this getup through book 4 I think.
