I have no idea, actually, I've never seen it! This is from a base (Also its really really old art), but it looks like the base maker deleted it, so I guess I'll never know!

maybe nekozawa has a thing for haruhi... and disguised himself as tamaki. I mean he doesn't seem so apologetic for walking in on her x]

i actually didnt know this until fairly recently either- but it means out of character. like when an oc (original character) or a person acts really strangely and unlike themselves.
if you don't understand terms try urban dictionary. i think thats how i learned it :]
