Personality:
Teddy seems really sure of himself. Putting himself out there to have a confidence and an ego. However really he's just a paranoid wreck. He's managed so far to keep a manageable up keep from afar but when you actually converse with him, it's clear he has some issues. He's become a terrible snoop and obsessive , loving to gloat over the information he's taken. Because of his history, he has developed a victim/killer personality, where he's the victim but at the same time becoming so obsessed has even thought he could be a killer or the killer.
He's on drugs to keep his paranoia down.
also because of his paranoia/obsession, he's become a bit of a social hermit.

History:

Theodore had it all. A sport scholar ,perfect family,friends and basically a future. however that all dissapated when his youngest brother was murdered by the zodiacs.
On that day theo was in charge of babysitting his brother but got distracted and had forgotten to lock the door. His younger brother had gone outside just to get an old toy but instead was taken.
The result was a heartbroken family and a guilty traumatized teddy. After his little brother's funeral, his parents moved away but teddy demanded to stay and his older brother decided it was best fo rhim as well to look after teddy.

Teddy from the funeral on, became stranger. He collected everything on the zodiacs he could get his hands on and began writing down his own thoughts. Sooner or later, voices started sinking in and everywhere he went he felt like he was being watched by them. He became aggressive and again obsessive, refusing to sleep until he found who did what they did to his brother.
He became a crazy. Refusing to see friends,family , to even go to school. His brother eventually home schooled him and sent him to special needs/therapy classes.
Teddy then began from all the guilt inside of him, think he was the killer. He boasted to his therapy class sessions that it was him, everything was him. He developed a split personality, where he was becoming a killer but maintained his victim persona side . He hated the zodiacs and was known to claim to everyone he's better than them.

Of course that's not true and teddy's just a paranoid freak. From this as well, he's developed another obsession on boys his brother's age. His killer fantasies to recreate his brother's death in bid to rid the zodiacs.

Teddy blames them for everything and goes about it like a "blind fool".

-hates himself, and can sometimes be seen talking to someone as if two people were there. again reference to killer/victim
- his brother was around 10-14 somewhere there lol
- has become a stalker and stalks boys around that age. He has killer/sexual fantasies about them and his killer side believes killing one and creating an altar will reverse time and give teddy the power to kill the zodiacs.
-doesn't live that far from cozzie, likes to stare out of the window and make stories of it's inhabitants.
-his brother is a cop
-keeps a 'diary"
-has crazy ideas and blabs on, his therapy sessions could be long over and he just stays there and blabs or writes.

Because teddy grew up with adequate love and morals, he can't make himself kill anything because he still has some form of humanity left that says it's inhumane.

Fin: Teddy of course, thinks he's on a better track than fin in terms of finding the zodiacs. Because fin lost someone, teddy finds it in himself to try and be "normal" around him, if he felt like he were to bump into him, he'd be sure to check he'd taken his meds. He wants to get to know fin, but of course it's also for teddy's gain, as he wants to collect more information on his wife and possibly the whole team that was killed. Teddy tries to be good around fin, but in the end gets frustrated by his recluse and ends up collecting as much as he can on fin as well.

idk teddy was actually two characters, and i JUST TRIED TO MERGE THEM TOGETHER. I'll try him out and if not, I'll split him. He's kinda like one of those guys when there's a big murder, comes out to the papers being "it's be nigguh" even though everyone knows it isn't?
