I wanted to sign up for German at my school because I could've sworn they offered it. But, they do not, so I'm taking Japanese instead.
German is a really easy language if you connect it to English every now and then. There are some elements of it that make you go "WTF???", and pronouncing it correctly can take a while, but overall it's easy.
