I love how you say "Lets say" but canonly, Jaina WOULD have loved to have him back and she states that many times like "Maybe arthas is still in there"
"maybe there is still a way to save him". She keeps trying to find a way to save Arthas from the Lich King, trust me. If Arthas were to escape the lich kings control, Jaina would have been with him.<3
