Yep, it does. Apparently, the team lost motivation to make the game. That was the cause of the game being cancelled.

Same old. For past 2 years as professional artist out of ~25 projects only 2(?) were actually finished. That's why I stick to paid jobs only - i get paid anyway, so I'm not as disappointed when project's cancelled
