Nice, I like the shading and the varying thickness of lines. The pose is pretty good too, and the flecks of dirt and debris work well to give the impression of wind and movement.
However, the 'free' section of scarf doesn't look like it is part of a continuous scarf, rather that it is connected to his back, unless that is the point.
Otherwise, it looks good!
(I know it's just a quick sketch, but it looks too good for a quickie, haha, so I commented as such~ )
