Description I began messing with a sprite editor and I decided to make a re-color of a sprite.
Well here it is, the Arctic/Soviet Version of the PM-Di-Cokka.

Original Sprite by SNK.

Edit: Made a part of the body Darker, because I realized it looked a bit weird.
