i desaturate it, tweak the brightness and contrast then use the posterise option and select about 5 layers depending on how many you want the stencil and how many colours etc. hope it helps, if you need any more info just ask and ill do my best to help

thanks im glad you like it. overall it took a few weeks, but i wasnt i workin solidly on it.
probally about 8 hours as a rough estimate.
