Description FINALLY FINISHED IT! *wipes imaginery sweat off brow**
I stopped counting how many hours it took me to do this ater about the sixth, I think. Colouring manually takes forEVER! It was a real change when i had a go on my friend's art tablet the other day.

There's a few things that I can see on the picture that aren't quite perfect, but cbf tweaking it anymore. I also couldn't be bothered drawing a background for him (his skin colour's a bit darker than it should be because the reference picture I used features him in half-darkness), so forgive me.

Haha, took me forever, and many alterations. I swear, his hairline and jawline changed about a bazillion times.

lol its actually fun when you just go in and do your own thing without the teacher having any influence. but theory sucks xD i have difficulties concentrating through that xD and the teacher is pretty strickt.... i mean, she quite clearly says if your art is good or if its crap and you should just start again xD but thats probably cause we are a 'specialist' school and she wants us to have the highest marks out of all the other subjects in JC xD

I love how good you can color with them, I'm just kind of... average-ish (maybe below).

Thanks I spent a LOT of time on it though. Being a bit of a perfectionist helps too. I keep trying on something until it's up to my (somewhat high) standards. I still think I could have done better on this picture.... (I guess I'm a little bit pedantic)

Haha, I get that (even though I'm not as good as you). When every time you look at it, you can only see the flaws? It's not always the best thing to be. (though it can really help sometimes, like you said).
