I got commissioned to draw a thunder dragon, so I drew a thunder dragon.As you can see, it was a good excuse to go nuts with making lightning on Photoshop.

The lightning from Photoshop blends really well with the overall design. Pretty simplistic in style, but it has all the features and styles a dragon should have. I really like this one 8/10. Keep up the good work.
