Description Semi-pesudo-sort-of-realistic-ish pokemon, go! (Although dugongs are sirenians, not pinnipeds, but shhhh it evolves from a seel anyway and I didn't stick -that- closely to the animal looks.)

I have no idea how to color submerged creatures or underwater backgrounds, so, err, apologies for that. Still looks better than plain flats, though.

It looks watery enough.  The dewgong looks pretty majestic, I wonder how they evolve from the stupid looking seels XD And that little fat ball thing! It's adorable and so not hydrodynamic XD
