И аз сломен попитах - и сломен,най-после чух! То беше знам, душата,
една вълшебна корда в тишината,
то беше моята душа пред мен,
звучаща тихо: може би...
А слънцето захождаше. В забрава
от страх, попитах - и тогава
аз чух най-тихо: може би.
И аз сломен глава на гръд оборих,
но все простях към изгрева ръце,
с надежда в безнадеждното сърце,
и като ехо в себе си повторих,
сломен повторих: може би...
А слънцето се беше скрило вече
и нощ зловеща, близо и далече,
со смях понесе: може би.
И аз все чакам! Ето векове
изминаха как гледам в тъмнините.
И все аз чакам! Ето ветрове
до кървав плач ме шибат по очите.
И все повтарям: може би...
Аз чакам слънцето и слънчев блясък,
с очи покрити веч от прах и пясък,
и сляп отдавна! - може би.

Actually only the photo is mine it is not my idea. I was just part of the photo shoot ~11-AM did that day but I have their permission to submit this I just thought that if I wrote something else with the poem it would have ruined it all and here is a good place to do that now that you mentioned.
The poem also gives the impression (or maybe just for those who do not understand) that it is mine but in reality it is by Peyo Yavorov .
I guess my avatar does require a bit of fixedly looking.

I don't like translations.. they are so.. different but that is our "different" world. Particularly this one doesn't have a translation that I'm aware of sorry. You can check [link] for some translations of some of his other works. The ones that have most translations in most languages are his considered most exceptional ones.
