The one who drew this is Johnathon-Matthews , an illustrator with a knack for genies who's going through kind of a bad time. To support them, I got this depiction of genie Tuki, a version of the snake saleswoman from Shantae: Half-Genie Hero that someone designed for me a while ago (right here

). They went on to reproduce the almost liquid/gooey tail, that mixture of pot and lamp and her pretty glitter-filled pelvic curtain quite well as the serpentine djinn looks pretty splendid here.
