It is not boring at all.

I don't know that it says spring per se, feels more summery to me. But I absolutely love the use of white... the white flowers and the white clouds. Although those are trellises for vines, I think, I almost see in my mind clotheslines with white sheets flapping on them.

yes and you can see the vine is very young, i.e. spring

Wonderful! The flowers are beautiful! Very nice and clear and even though it is in black and white, you can feel the spring.

In the South, spring is announced with storms and mosquitos... and the flowers are beautiful but our springs are more like.. one day it's cold, then it's blazing hot and humid and nasty. Yippee..

Yeah, definitely captures spring as the flowers are the first place your eyes go when seeing the pic at first glance. This is not "my" spring in the northeast, yet I can still see the season is clearly depicted. Very nice!

Just curious, but how is spring different for you in the Northeast?
(besides the fact you don't have golden poppies on the east coast)

Spring is the most magnificent visual representation of rebirth here in Boston. The trees are pink and white with blossoms, appreciated immensely because they are short lived. Magnolia trees have gigantic flowering petals that leave you breathless. You can literally watch the trees burst forth deep emerald leaves that seem to say "hi, I have arrived-your very own spring welcome." It is a season of hope after a long, frigid winter. Frozen, barren ground regenerates bringing lush grass. As nature reawakens, so do it's inhabitants. Birds finally chirp their morning calls to remind us of a new day with new possibilites. Crickets lull us to sleep their vibrations creating a staccato call. People are happier and seem to amble with a lighter step. I do believe spring is the season of change. I personally awaken from my own hibernation seeking to find new and exciting ways to redefine myself. Where are you from? Have you ever visited the northeast?

Currently I am in Oregon on Mt Hood (although this shot was taken down in the valley), I used to live in Long Island when I was a kid
