it's amazing!
I've a question though: do you use a reference picture? Because either you are ambidexterous (since it's your hand, as the title suggests) or you use ref pics
Don't get me wrong here, it's just it conflicts with what i've been taught - reference pictures are good for start, but mastery is when eye and hand work as one. Of course it's not up to me to decide who's achieved mastery, who didn't, it can only be an opinion. But for me your pieces are the ones to look up to, to study from.
Back to the quesiton, which seems kind of stupid now that i said all this

i really like this drawing.its very known that hands are one of the most difficult body parts to draw, and you captured the movement and proportions so well.
im gonna try doing something like this to practice.

That's a very good start!
When drawing hands, it's less harder if you concentrate on giving more emphasis on the joints.
