March 2009, Xara.In October I'd watched some 80s music video where there was black and white footage of middle-aged women dancing, and in their legs I saw this image. I sketched it a few times in my little mini-sketchbook, captioned with "goddamnit why can't I just scan it from my brain". I think I've more or less succeeded now, though
On a side note, Pete Doherty's new album is seriously fantastic. I cannot wait for the Libertines reunion
You can see their style has crept into this picture a bit haha.
