So here's my OC trainer for the Liquid Crystal Nuzlocke run

This is Marina, my huggable crybaby!

Before you say she's just a Rosa/Sailor Moon/Hatsune Miku rip-off, let me explain, as there's more to her than what you see on the surface

ORIGIN: She was a previously unused character I had reimagined from a sprite character that I created in another fan-game, called POKEMMO Yep, it exists. But it's just literally Firered + multiplayer, so you're not missing out on much. Before you start a game on POKEMMO, you have the option to customize your character to your liking; I would always gave my character the "odango" hairstyle for some reason, so that's why her hairstyle looks exactly like Rosa's/Sailor Moon's/Hatsune Miku's 'do.
At the time, I was playing alongside my then-boyfriend, whom I was trying to help get back into playing Pokemon. Because the game was set in Firered, that's why I made her original hometown Saffron City. Since we broke up and pretty much stopped playing the game, I had her character and my boyfriend's character (yes, I drew out his character too) stashed with no way to actually use them. Now that she has a purpose to exist, I figured there was no reason to make her a tsundere anymore, so I changed her to a crybaby.
When it comes to her name, I had no motivation to think of a better name for her, but because this new character and my motivation to comic this run were growing on me, I decided to use this character instead of Kris. It's also a way to differentiate this Marina from the one in the Raikou episodes of the anime.
On that note, I may eventually include this little tidbit as a backstory to her character to add a little depth to her, so her initial detachment to Pokemon training has a reason.
