Description
At the moment this is just a scrap. I hope i will develop it soon.Any suggestions how to make it technically better are more than welcome.

Confession of Gods
It was ridiculous untill we started crying, until acid rains started and burned our souls. Nothing remains after us, because we are Gods and we are not able to love. We know the theory, but we have no practice.

its beautiful i have been looking for this type of ref for a painting i want to do for my bedroom in my new flat and i couldnt find a clear decent image of a beautiful oriental style lilly.... hmmm wonder if you would let me use this one??? not your rain concept just the flower.... hmmmm let me know

Perhaps try side lighting with a reflector on the opposite side to fill in the shadows?

I don't think you really need to do anything to this picture to make it worth being a deviation. . .cause it already IS worth being a deviation! I love the raindrops hitting the flowers. It's like I can smell the rain, hear it, and see the flowers move! It's really quite breath taking. Your camera caught every stream and every drop.
Maybe you could add a bit more light to shimmer through the raindrops so that they are a bit more illuminated. 
But I do know what I like, and I really like this picture.

It's really good eventhough it's still in idea stage.
Strong in this picture is the light and also I love how the raindrops make shades on th leaves of the flower. It makes the flower look really transparant and light.
It's fresh and you can almost smell the flowers and the falling rain... aaah I'm getting over enthousiastic here

it's a gret idea. I find the light a bit intense at the top. Maybe you could diffuse the light or change the direction of the lighting.

I tried different way of ligheting this pic, this seemes to be the best. But i agree with you, still something wrong.
I guess the proble is that i only used one source of lighening.

Real rain or some graphic software effect? If the real McCoy, perhaps a faster shutter speed to define the raindrops more.
