Description Inspired by the magnificent Gina Carano. I love how I was able to create the impact shape on the weight bag with the new Mesh Grabber plugin for D|S, but my results with volumetrics are starting to frustrate me, and I really can't afford to upload to Nimbix all the time; time to start saving up for a new box, or external GPU...

I think the scene turned out pretty good, including the Volumetric light. I know it's having a heavy impact on render time. I usually render those up to 24 hours (over night and/or while I work). Do you use the Declan Russel denoiser? It works pretty well with volumetric fog.

better this one:  declanrussell.com/portfolio/nv…

use it fromt he command line as described on the completed but UNMODIFIED picture (if you change it in any way the denoiser won't work) . It's way better (imo) than the DAZ denoiser, because it's not stealing precious memory.
