Actually it seems that the Lizardmen have survived the arrival of AoS relatively intact and unchanged (so far), or least with nothing particularly stupid done to them. They've even had a moment of awesome when, during a White Dwarf battle between Lizardmen and Chaos, a pack of terradon riders killed Be'Lakor...with rocks...pictured here .

I hope that the lizardmen wont be totally redesign in Age of Sigmar. We will see what will happen.

Well crap, and here I thought I'd tested it before I posted. Oh well.
At any rate, a full fledged model redesign, for any army, seems unlikely. New models and units may be introduced, sure, but where the existing ones are concerned the most that will probably be done is a repackaging for round bases, like what was done with the Skaven.
