Man. No words can describe how good this is, but I'll give it a try since I can critique it and all. So, here goes. I love it when people take pictures of things involving God's greatest creations: Nature. I love how the sun comes and hits everything the way it does behind the trees. I don't know if it was the afternoon or the morning sun, but either way, man, it's great. It really is. It makes the area more calm and relaxing for someone to go and be there for hours and hours on end. I know it does for me! It's a perfect place you choose to take the picture you did during that time of the day.

This picture really sets the mood. Very nicely done with the illumination, I am unsure whether it is part of the original photograph or added to it.

The picture is very pleasing to the eye and it must be said that the colours you have brought out are incredible.

Having said this, I feel that there is a lack of focus - something that properly binds the picture together. Are the jellyfish(?) there originally or are the strings added to create an additional dimension to the composition?

I am utterly subjective when I say this, but I am of the school that tries to manipulate pictures to the bare minimum. At the back of my mind I have a difficult time deciding whether this picture has been too manipulated. I could be wrong.

Despite this, the picture above is without a doubt a fantastic looking picture. Kudos to you for that!

thanks a lot that yout took a time for your kind critique.
an answer for your question about manipulation or not.
i can honestly tell you, the image is like it came out of the camera.
the light was just like that. i adjusted the exposure to the lightreflexes,
thats why the rest is quite dark and gives a strange atmosphere.
the jellyfish is just a little foam on the watersurface. it is a very long exposure,
so there was a kind of whirl who drew this white lines in the water.
that is really a beautiful place, i took a lot of pictures and loaded
up quite some of them.
thank you very much

Impossible to critique! (Or my amateur level won't allow me to) I think it's great! I can just imagine sitting where I would have this view and the sounds and scents of the forest.
