A New OC! 

Alfred is a Heavy Maintenence/Goods engine. He used to work for the Navy, but was then bought by the North Western Railway. He often proves he's smart and friendly as he is strong.

UPDATE 04/01/21: Upgraded parts of the striping and the valve gear.
