Hey! I've never been able to draw with colored pencils (I guess I never practice enough + we have like 10+-year-old Crayola pencils), good job!

I like the rich colors in this! I've wondered what watercolor washes would look like as a base, or over the top of your work, I think they would help unify the many colors you use. I used to use colored pencil a LOT and using a base of watercolor can be helpful. You don't even have to get this detailed (in the video I'm gonna link you to) just a flat wash without shading will still fill in the white of the paper and pull everything together.

Yeah colored pencils have been my main and just about only medium. Hey I'm sure they're still good though, I bough my sister a pencil pack from a thrift store and it was from the 80's she made some good stuff with them so far

Before ushally since I use pencils but sometimes I go over after for textures like fur and hair
