the greenhorns doing the siding on my house and redoing my porch decided to throw the wood and insulation scraps, not in a barrel, not elsewhere in the yard, no, they had to throw them RIGHT ON MY FUCKING LILLIES!

i hope they all get deported (after they finish the siding and before they kill any of my other plants...)

so, yah.. i just have a few lillies hanging on for dear life....

this is a particularly tenacious lilly

i planted 30 bulbs late in the season last year, two broke the surface of the soil, neither flowered... this year they all came up with a vengance....

and yah.... inconsiderate assholes hadda go and ruin 'em...

hell, i've waited a year... i can wait another.... ugh....
