So, It should be a Dark Elf from Lineage II game but I didn't play in it for looooong time.. So that's why she can be not similar to dark elfs from this game..I played in Lineage II for maby..3 years. I met there some great friends but 3 years, it's too long.. but I have still a sentiment
Yes, and this game is really addictive 
and i'm happy that I'm not playing on it any more. The armor she has called Avadon robe. I didn't have good reference screenshots for this armor so sorry for some mistakes
And I think it's all I want to say... aa, no, one more thing, this funny things on the circle, they symbolize Dark elf's classes they have.. but there is only few of them.. so.. eh, i think it's all now. You're right, it probably isn't as good as I said it was. It's much better! 
I myself have tried an art style similar and failed most miserably.
The only artist I've seen as good as you is my sister. maybe you know her . Her art style is very different from yours but the art is amazing!

I love this. She reminds me a lot of a Night Elf (although she isn't XD). Your shading is lovely. Her armor is awsome. Very beautiful.

Wow, I love the details! She's so pretty and I love the outfit. I have to fave this one.
And I hope you don't mind if I critique; on the left side (the same arm that her hand is on her cheek) the upper half of her arm looks too short, so you might want to raise the shoulder, or hide the shoulder with the hair so that the right length is implied.
Or angle the upper armband more so it looks like her arm is coming forward from the shoulder instead of straight down.
This piece is exquisite, though. You're art is incredible!
