Hidden Ability: Watt Arena - This ability will activate when hit with an Electric-Type move, when hit by one it will boost the users Electric type move by 50% alongside being direct towards this user like Lightning Rod.

Babolt - Bolt Geyser: Babolt's signature move, this move deals damage but in the combination of Water & Electric damage. (Similar to Flying Press) (DMG 100/ ACC 100%)

Not Exclusive - Monkey Dance: Raises the users Attack, Speed & Special Attack by one stage each! (DMG N/A/ ACC 100%)

Explanation of Design: Water Starter is based off of the unique powerset or typing within the world of Pokemon like some mages have within Black Clover's Heart Kingdom. As the Heart Mages are skilled in physical and special skills with having robust power. Babolt's Line is to be used as either a Physical Sweeper or Special Attack Sweeper! It somes down to how you want to use the Pokemon!
