for those who have seen the movie "The Great Mouse Detective" you probably know who this is. i ended up watching the movie yesterday (gotta love old disney movies) and found out a personally surprising fact... Ratigan was actually voice acted by Vincent Price.. VINCENT PRICE VOICE ACTED IN A DISNEY MOVIE! yeah, thats been buzzing around in my head for the past 24 hours and i still cant get over it. plus, he frickin sings in the movie...messed up bro.. my complements to the animators as well, they did an awesome job with the emotions and facial expressions. the expressions were totally over exaggerated, thus making me lol so hard i had to cover my own mouth. i tend to laugh at the little things
