She lied.
Elysia's perhaps the most fearful character I've ever created and it influences nearly every decision she makes, at least when she's younger. I really like the song "Scared of the Dark", where the narrator talks about their fear of death in a very denial-based way which is also how Elysia communicates her fears ("I'm not scared of that, why would I be? Look at what I am, I shouldn't be scared of a thing like that!").
Her hoodie says, "Thunder" which is her...code name? What people refer to her as when they don't want people to know they're talking about her.
This juxtaposes my drawing of Calla yesterday really nicely, it's a more dynamic and action-filled image compared to Calla's which fits well with Elysia who is a lot more turbulent than her mother. Lives up to her name rather well.
I also wanted to try and make the family resemblance between mother and daughter more apparent, but it's difficult to do when your art style changes every two hours. Elysia's a red-haired giantess and Calla is wee.
And what's this?? A DYNAMIC POSE???? Impossible.
