Description
This photo depicts the beautiful city of Tafalla in Spain. This is on the bridge in front of the house where most of my Spanish side of the family grew up. I love going to this town because there is so much life and culture in this little town of Spain. The house where my grandmother who is now widowed lived and her bother with his wife live is behind me. I would have rather photographed that but the sky was a lot beautifuler on this side of the sky and the rest of the sunlight lit this house up beautifully.

This is a 5 shot HDR*. First I edited the photos in Adobe Photoshop Lightroom and then generated the HDR and tone-mapped it in Photomatix Pro. I suppose I can thank the colors to both Photomatix and Lightroom. Though I might say the street on the left kind of has to much color for my taste.

Shot this with my Sigma 10-20mm and a 77mm Circular Polarizing filter to get rid of reflections on the windows a bit and make the sky darker. Got this filter for Christmas and I'm so happy because I would have never bought it myself and its amazing to shoot skys with. Shot on a tripod.

* HDR = High Dynamic Range | HDR is used when you want to get the detail of both dark shadows and bright highlights in one image. Normal cameras are not capable of such a dynamic range so we have to help out a little bit.
