Jolteon is probably in the top 5 of my favorite pokemon 8D They're just so cool, and great in battle too. Killer speed and special attack.Anyhoo, I sketched the outline yesterday, and shaded it today. I scanned into Photoshop, where I colored it in and gave it a little extra shading and lighting. I cut it out as neatly as I could, and slapped it onto this background.
The traditional part of it probably took about an hour and a half. The digital editing stuff probably took two hours.

Hmm, maybe instead of keeping it on lined paper, you could use tracing paper to get the lineart? That way, it would get rid of the lines :3

Wow, you know, when I see "naked" sketchs on notebook paper cropping up on devART, I'm always tempted to facepalm and tell people to put it in their Scraps!
But somehow, the lines on this give it a fun character, a little bit of history to the piece. 
The anatomy is great, despite that I was a little thrown off at first by the white tail. (It looks a little bit like a bunny's, but then, I like bunnies, so . . . )
Amazing, amazing job. Have you done any of the other Eeveelutions or planning to?

as for other eeveelutions...I don't really know but if I had to it's probably between umbreon and vaporeon
