My submission for Alias Sketchbook pro online art contest. Done completely in Sketchbook pro. Kind of a tedious program to use. I hurried to get it done in two nights to submit it for the deadline.Related content

You know the thing I like the most about this, and it may have been intentional or not, is the way that it has a slight 1960s quality to way you built up the tones and edges. I think it's like a chalky/pastel look. Reminds me of an illustration from that era. The use of a solid color background also adds to that. Fantastic work and great likeness!!

This is great. One of my favorite actors and favorite series of movies. I like the shading and coloring on this, especially on the woman in the background. There is one small problem, though; the way Bond's suit, or whatever you'd call it, is shaded makes it look more like vector than an actual painting like the rest of the picture, and it somehow seems... I dunno... out of place? ... a little bit... Oh well, I can't really describe in a coherent way what's wrong with this, so it must not be something that is that big of a problem. Anyway, good picture overall. Definitely
