well i guess you've might have heard this alot before but practice xD no joke really.. just practice and draw at least one good sketch a day and in 2 to 3 months you'll be really f*cking good at it (just look at the first sans i drew in my gallery to the most resent one and see the difference xD ) also don't be afraid to try something new, for example in this pic i added two light sources, a yellow one from the left and a blue one from the right..try that, it gives the character life
