I changed some of Nere’s design.
Removed his stripes, etc, not to mention gave him an official eye colour x’d

Name: Nere
Gender: Male
Race: Dragon
NB: Though he originally is a dragon, Nere constantly take a human-like appearance.

Personality: Rarely talks and spends most of his time by himself in a castle ruin. He does not enjoy company and has a tendency to look down on others.
Abilities: Nere is a shape shifter. As he frequently controls the cells in his body at will he is capable of implanting them with others DNA, thus turning into whatever it came from.
This power also gives him the ability of recovering from any physical damage faster than normal beings.
He is also capable of moving things with his mind to a certain degree.
Fighting: Nere does not like to bite or breathe fire, nor do he really use his talons. Instead he tend to use his tail as a whip. As the bones in his tail are not attached to one another, they will let go if he moves his tail rapidly enough, extending the length of his tail.
However, this does not mean he will not use what first mentioned if he finds it necessarily.
Fire: Turquoise.
Family: Both parents are dead. Those of his family (living today) is his half sister Citer and his "daughter" Ervaniel.
Likes: Those things of which he finds interesting.
Dislikes: Kids.
